We are looking for a Material Handler / Test Equipment Warehouse Technician. This position will be based in Tomball, Texas.

In this role, you will support warehouse and electrical test-equipment operations by ensuring field teams have the materials, tools, and equipment they need. You will receive, inspect, store, stage, track, issue, and return materials and specialized test equipment used in medium-voltage and industrial applications. You will also maintain accurate asset, calibration, and service records so equipment is safe, complete, and ready for field use.

You’ll make a difference by:

- Receiving, unloading, verifying, labeling, inspecting, and storing incoming materials, tools, components, and electrical test equipment.
- Preparing and staging materials and equipment for field technicians, projects, service activities, and scheduled work, including packaging and shipping documentation.
- Maintaining accurate inventory and asset records for equipment, tools, accessories, cables, leads, adapters, consumables, transfers, returns, and storage locations.
- Inspecting equipment condition, identification, asset numbers, calibration status, required accessories, and documentation before release; isolating damaged, incomplete, expired, overdue, or unfit equipment from field use.
- Maintaining inspection records, calibration certificates, service documentation, controlled storage areas, and equipment accountability while supporting inventory counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, lifting devices, and other material-handling equipment when trained and authorized, while following warehouse and equipment-safety requirements.
- Coordinating with field technicians, project teams, purchasing, logistics, training, and leadership to support equipment availability and improve warehouse, inventory, and test-equipment processes.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.
- 5 years experience with the following: Warehouse operations, material handling, industrial environments, electrical equipment, test equipment, or a related field.
- Reading and interpreting equipment labels, packing lists, work orders, inventory records, and basic technical documentation.
- Using basic computer applications and learning inventory, asset-management, warehouse-management, and Siemens systems.
- Maintaining organized, accurate records and coordinating effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Safely lifting, moving, staging, and handling materials and equipment using mechanical assistance or team lifting when required.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting electrical test equipment used in medium-voltage or industrial applications.
- Familiarity with insulation-resistance testers, hipot test systems, Doble or Omicron equipment, digital low-resistance ohmmeters, or CT/VT test sets.
- Experience managing test leads, grounds, cables, adapters, shorting devices, accessories, and related consumable materials.
- Experience maintaining calibration certificates, inspection records, service documentation, asset records, and controlled equipment storage.
- Training or authorization to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, lifting devices, or other material-handling equipment.

The pay range for this position is $56,480 - $96,823 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
