This key role acts as the marketing communications “megaphone” for our Smart Infrastructure Buildings business, enhancing our brand reputation and achieving measurable outcomes by driving awareness, perception, and demand generation.

As a member of the Siemens Communications team, this individual contributor will work closely with the Partner organization, consisting of Automation, Fire, and Security Partners. This role will collaborate with business leaders, marketing, product, and sales stakeholders (and others as needed) to develop and execute a communications strategy across the full communications mix. This role supports the Partners organization with integrated campaigns, driving digital execution, tracking performance, as events planning, management, and execution.

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist. This position will be a hybrid schedule based in Buffalo Grove, IL .

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications or Business.

- 5-7 years of experience successfully performing the planning, directing, and executing communications to both internal and external audiences.

- 5-7 of experience with the ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute across all stages of the marketing funnel. This includes but is not limited to message development, content and asset creation and mobilization across various communications channels.

- 5-7 years of experience with message development, content creation, and webinars.

- 5-7 years of experience in event planning, management, and execution.

- 5-7 years of experience with marketing communications measurement and reporting.

- 5-7 years of experience with social media tools, digital marketing, and communications platforms.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability and willingness to travel about 15%.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

- A self-starter, but a collaborative partner. Someone who is highly organized, driven, curious, and EXCITED!

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

- Strong attention to detail and project management experience.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and at all levels of the

- organization.

- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.

- Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.

- Ability and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities.

- Interest in exploring new tools and continuous learning.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- The pay range for this position is $75,895-$130,106. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $75,895 - $130,106 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
