Job requirements

- Experience Range: With at least 15 years of experience in delivery and program management, including significant leadership of complex, cross-functional projects in technology-driven environments Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs and projects, ensuring achievement of scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and measurable business outcomes 2. Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans, setting clear milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and success criteria 3. Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and operating rhythms for cross-functional teams 4. Drive revenue forecasting, SOW creation, scope tracking, and P&L management to consistently meet financial targets and business objectives 5. Facilitate project planning, status reviews, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings to ensure transparent progress and proactive issue resolution 6. Identify delivery risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve blockers to maintain project health and predictability 7. Manage dependencies across multiple teams, projects, and third-party partners, fostering seamless collaboration and timely decision-making 8. Continuously optimize delivery processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance team effectiveness, quality, and operational readiness Required Skills: 1. Advanced expertise in program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and hybrid approaches 2. Revenue forecasting and financial management for large-scale programs 3. Statement of Work (SOW) creation and scope tracking 4. P&L management and project financials 5. Business case development for technology-driven initiatives 6. Project analytics and delivery metrics reporting 7. Delivery management tools including Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with large-scale digital, cloud, data, or enterprise technology transformation programs 2. Vendor and strategic partner management in complex delivery environments 3. Advanced proficiency in design thinking and innovation frameworks 4. Implementation of operational readiness and compliance processes 5. Expertise in change control Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology 2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 3. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
