Essential Skills
- Support business development and preconstruction efforts by coordinating pursuit information, reviewing RFP requirements, assisting with client presentations, organizing project information, and supporting conceptual, schematic, design development, GMP, and lump sum budgeting activities.
- Coordinate preconstruction planning activities by aligning project documentation, logistics planning, constructability reviews, procurement requirements, value engineering efforts, general conditions, and field input to support successful project execution.
- Coordinate subcontractor procurement activities by preparing bid packages, maintaining bidder information, managing proposal collection, clarifying scope requirements, leveling proposals, supporting award recommendations, and tracking subcontract execution.
- Coordinate project startup and execution planning by supporting kickoff meetings, organizing project controls, assisting with schedules, logistics, procurement activities, communication plans, and alignment between project leadership, field teams, and project stakeholders.
- Manage assigned project documentation workflows by coordinating RFIs, submittals, document distribution, project logs, reporting requirements, and follow-up activities to maintain accurate project information.
- Support project financial management activities by coordinating cost tracking, reviewing commitments, assisting with change order documentation, supporting billing workflows, updating CMiC information, and maintaining accurate project financial records.
- Coordinate project communication and stakeholder alignment by preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, supporting OAC meetings, coordinating project updates, and maintaining communication among owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Support construction operations and field coordination by working with project managers and field leadership on scheduling activities, procurement tracking, QA/QC requirements, safety coordination, site visits, logistics planning, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate project closeout activities by tracking punch list completion, organizing closeout documentation, coordinating trade partner deliverables, supporting turnover requirements, and assisting with Day Two work.
- Contribute to team development and process improvement by supporting intern involvement, mentorship activities, recruiting efforts, training initiatives, lessons learned, and consistent application of project systems and workflows.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering preferred
Work Experience
- Background in construction trades and technical knowledge of construction methods required
- 2-5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare and/or mission-critical projects required
