Essential Skills
- Provide oversight of the 3D coordination process.

- Develop detailed 3D coordination schedules.

- Write and manage the BEP (BIM Execution Plan).

- Lead formal coordination issue resolution through engagingdirectly with the EOR and writing RFIs.

- Identify critical procedures and align execution timing with project milestones.

- Clearly and effectively describe each procedure, the associated risks, and the mitigation measures required to execute MOPs.

- Create a detailed MOP log with anticipated execution dates during the pre-construction phase of a project to be used for budgeting and scheduling.

- Manage the MOP log, review all MOP drafts, host the weekly meetings, and guide project team through the process.

- Review MEP field installations regularly to verify compliance with plans, specifications, code requirements, and industry standards.

- Validate MEP installations using BIM software.

- Support Level 4 script reviews and resolve scope errors or inconsistencies before execution.

- Set up, populate, and maintain CxAlloy or approved commissioning platform. Assist with training trade partners and project team members on checklist and documentation requirements and processes.

- Create or revise commissioning documentation and forms based on project demands.

- Coordinate with equipment vendors and trade partners to resolve OFCI and commissioning-related deficiencies. Ensure all issue resolution progress is reflected on CxAlloy or equivalent platform.

- Assess design documents for constructability and advise alternate solutions when issues are identified.

- Oversee OFCI issue documentation and resolution.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or Construction Science, or combination of equivalent education and experience required

Work Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred

- Experience as or working in collaboration with a construction project manager or superintendent preferred
