Duration: 03 month + (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $26.66 /hr on W2
Location: Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Manager – Digital Education to support the execution of digital education programs, events, and administrative operations.
This role will work closely with internal teams, brand partners, educators, and other stakeholders to coordinate education events from planning through execution. The position involves significant data entry, data management, reporting, event coordination, system updates, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate is someone who has strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, while experience with Salesforce and SAP is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of digital education events from start to finish, including virtual event production and facilitation.
Coordinate event information, including class descriptions, formats, outlines, educator details, promotional materials, and system updates.
Create and maintain class and event records across relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Manage calendars and track event deadlines, bookings, attendance, cancellations, sell-outs, and other key metrics.
Perform extensive data entry, data maintenance, data updates, and data loading across multiple systems.
Collect information from various systems and maintain accurate records and databases.
Prepare data files for bulk uploads and format documents/images for platform requirements.
Maintain reports, analyze data, and provide accurate metrics to support business and education strategies.
Coordinate event logistics, including class supplies, product requirements, equipment, rosters, sign-in sheets, and related materials.
Create and maintain class flyers, selling tools, presentations, and other educational materials.
Review online education content and ensure information is accurate and up to date across applicable platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure events and educational programs are executed accurately and on schedule.
Respond to administrative inquiries and provide timely, professional customer service.
Communicate event and program updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Review and reconcile educator/vendor expenses and expense reports.
Process invoices and coordinate with Finance on reimbursement and accrual activities.
Assist with budget tracking and maintenance for education programs and events.
Participate in regular planning meetings and communicate relevant updates and action items.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and improve the overall customer experience.
Support occasional off-site events and travel as required.
Perform other administrative and operational responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in education administration, business administration, event coordination, operations, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; PowerPoint experience is also preferred.
Salesforce and SAP experience highly preferred.
Experience with Zoom, virtual event platforms, or digital event production is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy across large amounts of data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to gather information from multiple systems and effectively organize and interpret data.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Highly proactive and able to take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision.
