This person will report to the Head of Business Analytics and Digital Operations and will serve as the day-to-day operational partner to RayzeBio’s commercial field teams. The remit spans incentive compensation, commercial field reporting and analytics, account planning, and the configuration and maintenance of the CRM and adjacent commercial systems in partnership with the broader BMS enterprise. This is a high-visibility role with regular exposure to senior commercial leadership and a mandate to build durable, scalable field operations capabilities from an early stage.

Job Responsibilities

Field Operations & Sales Leadership Partnership

- Serve as the day-to-day operational partner to RayzeBio commercial field leadership, supporting multiple commercial teams
- Anticipate the operational needs of a growing field organization in a radiopharmaceutical market and build the processes and cadences to meet them
- Create roadmaps for expanded team to support potential future approvals across multiple products and indications

Core Responsibilities

- Own operation of incentive compensation across multiple commercial field teams: plan administration, goal setting and quota tracking, payout calculation and validation, dispute resolution; partner with commercial leadership, finance, HR and legal on plan governance and documentation
- Partner within the broader BMS enterprise to configure and maintain the CRM and other critical commercial field tools and systems
- Drive sizing, dynamic targeting and alignment exercises in partnership with commercial leadership
- Configure, maintain and enhance the field reporting platform, including standardized dashboards, sub-national performance reporting and alerts that drive field action; deliver ad hoc analytics for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Own, build and maintain a cross-functional account planning tool that unifies views of priority accounts across RayzeBio’s diverse field teams, enabling coordinated customer engagement

Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner across the BMS enterprise to ensure RayzeBio fully leverages BMS systems and capabilities, while making thoughtful choices when to pursue RayzeBio specific systems and capabilities
- Leverage the latest developments in AI — including generative AI copilots, next-best-action recommendations, and intelligent field insights — to drive field productivity and operational efficiency
- Partner with the Director of Clinical Trial Analytics to enhance cross-functional collaboration and coordinated planning across field medical and commercial teams
- Collaborate with the digital promotions and omnichannel execution team to align field operations with omnichannel engagement strategy and ensure a coordinated customer experience across personal and non-personal channels
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and fitness-for-purpose of commercial data assets in close partnership with data management colleagues, including customer master data, affiliations and field activity data

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics or commercial operations in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry, including experience supporting field sales organizations
- Demonstrated ownership of incentive compensation design and / or administration for pharmaceutical field teams
- Hands-on expertise with pharmaceutical commercial systems and data: CRM (Veeva preferred), field reporting platforms, incentive compensation systems, alignment tools and secondary data sources
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); ability to direct analytics work and personally deliver when needed
- Proven ability to lead and influence within a large matrix organization, and to partner effectively with senior sales leadership
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate operational and technical detail into executive-ready insight

Preferred Qualifications

- Oncology or rare disease experience, strong preference for prior experience in radiopharmaceuticals and account-based / site-of-care commercial models
- Product launch experience, including standing up sales operations capabilities from an early stage
- Experience working across a parent-company or alliance structure (e.g., subsidiary / enterprise, co-promote, or alliance environments)
- Experience applying AI/ML or GenAI capabilities to field productivity, reporting, or operational workflows

Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $192,253 - $232,964

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully – carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
