As the Reliability Maintenance (RM) Lead you will coach the Reliability Maintenance Center of Excellence (COE) and strengthens plant maintenance performance across WK Kellogg Co and Kellogg Integrated Work Systems (KIWS) by building enterprise standards, coaching site teams, and translating deep reliability maintenance expertise into measurable business results.

- Building a zero-loss reliability mindset across maintenance, operations, and plant leadership teams
- Increasing engagement and ownership of reliability standards at the line, department, and site level
- Delivering Supply Chain Compelling Business Need (CBN) results through improved Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reduced maintenance losses, stronger planned maintenance execution, and sustainable cost avoidance

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Deploys the Reliability Maintenance COE strategy in alignment with Supply Chain CBN, with focus on OEE improvement, planned maintenance execution, breakdown reduction, maintenance cost avoidance, and sustainable reliability performance.
- Serves as a working RM leader who can support the floor, coach leaders, facilitate technical problem solving, and translate plant maintenance needs into enterprise standards and practical work processes.
- Performs RM assessments and coaches local teams to identify gaps, prioritize losses, and execute maintenance improvement plans.
- Builds capability for maintenance leaders, planners, technicians, and cross-functional partners through skill matrices, coaching routines, and standard work.
- Supports site daily direction-setting and reliability routines to ensure maintenance standards are understood, followed, and sustained.
- Leads maintenance loss analysis, root cause problem solving, and prioritization of reliability improvement work tied to business results.
- Audits plant maintenance systems, planned maintenance adherence, and reliability standards to confirm the right support, rigor, and follow-through are in place.
- Growth opportunity is strategic leadership: framing enterprise reliability priorities, influencing leaders across sites, and building governance that scales beyond individual plant support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Five+ years applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Three years coaching or technical supervisory/managerial experience. Leadership experience within a maintenance or engineering organization preferred.
- Precise knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Total Progressive Maintenance and High Performing Organizations
- Can articulate and demonstrate ability to achieve business results through process improvements and integration with other Centers of Excellence
- Precise knowledge and understanding of Continuous Improvement Process Optimization (CIPO)
- Broad knowledge and understanding of Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Reliability Maintenance (RM), and Quality Food Safety (QFS) Centers of Excellence
- Strong technical workshop leadership and facilitation
- Can audit Teams and Model against standard for people and systems
- Ability to assess and renew COE strategies.
- Ability to coach employees at all levels of the organization.
- Effective data analytics and graphical analysis skill set
- Experience using digital tools – SmartFactory or similar platforms and SAP highly preferred
- Effective communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Up to 75% Travel

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline and 5 years applicable work experience.
- 2 to 3 years technical supervisory/managerial experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified

Salary Range:  $117,920 - $147,400

Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.  Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
