About this role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, Global Markets, you will support the Global Markets Business Unit, part of the International Segment of Brand Finance, responsible for sales outside of North America. You will have the opportunity to work across more than 50 Conagra brands sold in over 50 countries worldwide in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional partners located around the world.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Be a finance partner for assigned business functions on accounting and finance-related questions, assessing business needs while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the preparation and compilation of the Annual Operating Plan and strategic plan for assigned areas of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
- Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable, forward-looking insights regarding financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring completion of assigned responsibilities and timely resolution of unusual items and issues.
- Develop financial analyses and models to support business requests, including product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing initiatives.
- Lead and support projects across multiple financial disciplines, including financial planning and analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
- Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting tools to support business performance monitoring and decision-making.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic reporting, scorecards, and performance metrics to business partners and leadership teams.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 2+ years of professional business and financial experience.
- Experience managing profit and loss statements, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions to complete projects and resolve organizational challenges.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Excel, Power Query, and Copilot.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
