About you and this role
Dow's MBA Leadership Development Internship is designed for a select group of high-potential first-year MBA students who aspire to take on significant business leadership roles within a global Fortune 100 company.
This 12-week summer experience provides the opportunity to work on strategic business challenges with exposure to senior leaders from across the enterprise. As an intern, you'll collaborate with fellow MBA interns to deliver innovative solutions to high-impact projects that directly support Dow's business priorities and growth strategy. You'll leverage your previous professional experience, analytical skills, and MBA coursework to develop recommendations that create tangible business value.
More than just an internship, this experience is designed to help you evaluate a long-term career with Dow and our Leadership Development Program, while allowing us to get to know your capabilities, leadership potential, and problem-solving approach.
What You'll Experience:
- Work on meaningful, business-critical projects with visibility to senior leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to tackle strategic, operational, and financial challenges.
- Apply data-driven thinking and business insights to develop actionable recommendations.

Who We're Looking For:
Successful candidates are ambitious leaders who thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated by challenging business problems. Ideal candidates will bring:
- A desire to pursue senior business leadership roles within a global organization.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience prior to business school, preferably within a leading operating company or similarly complex organization.
- Strong commercial instinct, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- The ability to influence, collaborate, and drive results in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled full-time as a first-year MBA student at an accredited business school.
- A minimum requirement for a U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

- Location: This is a full-time, in-person internship located at Dow's global headquarters in Midland, Michigan , offering direct exposure to business leaders, strategic projects, and a collaborative professional network.
