Job Description

The Office Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing the administrative activities for sports programs and units within the Department of Athletics. Submits and processes procurement and travel transactions in Workday (e.g. requisitions; spend authorization; expense reports; supplier invoice requests; and miscellaneous payments). Responsibilities include distributing incoming mail & packages, processing outgoing mail & packages; signing out p-cards for use in the department; and picking up checks at OSU accounts payable office to distribute to requested units. Process order requests for office supplies. Maintains and reconciles university p-card transactions according to OSU p-card policy. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required. Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred. 2 years of relevant experience required. 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.
