About this role

91106

A bit about us:  We are a thoughtful and detail-oriented family of 4 with two energetic boys. We are new to having a nanny and are looking for someone who can become a dependable, trusted part of our routine while helping our evenings feel calmer and more organized. My husband works outside of the home and I work from home. We value clear communication, consistency, privacy, and a caregiver who pays close attention to how our household likes things done.

Our 6-year-old son is bright and loving. He and his little brother love making up stories, exploring nature, and being silly! He has ADD and benefits from patient redirection to stay focused.

Our 4-year-old son likes being a big boy, Math, sharing his opinions, and running around. He is energetic with mild autism (Level 1).

A bit about you:  You are warm, responsible, playful, and meticulous. You take direction well, remember routines and preferences after they are explained, and can confidently follow a household checklist without needing repeated reminders. You bring a calm, nurturing presence while still having the energy to keep up with two active boys, and you know how to redirect children patiently without being overbearing. You are observant, organized, and respectful of family preferences.

Job Duties: School pick-ups, help review homework or work completed during after-school care, and engage them in productive, playful activities that support their individual needs and interests. Evening responsibilities may include supervising meals, helping the children stay on task during their routines, supporting more of the nighttime routine, and calmly navigating sibling disagreements when they arise. Household support includes unpacking lunchboxes, cleaning up after the children eat, loading the dishwasher, completing children's laundry, organizing their belongings, straightening child and family spaces, and vacuuming as needed.
