About this role
The Senior Financial Analyst I role is a key member of the North America Supply Chain Finance team, supporting warehousing, logistics, toller manufacturing, and inventory management activities. This position partners closely with Supply Chain Operations, Planning, and Finance leaders to deliver financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and decision support that drive business performance. The role offers broad exposure to supply chain operations, financial planning, and senior leadership while providing opportunities to develop expertise in financial analytics, business partnering, SAP, and Power BI.
What You'll Do
- Lead monthly financial reporting, month-end close activities, variance analysis, and management presentation preparation for Logistics and Supply Chain Finance stakeholders.
- Provide financial analysis and decision support to Supply Chain Operations through reporting, performance monitoring, and actionable business insights.
- Support forecasting activities for warehousing, toll manufacturing, and inventory performance, including Days on Hand (DOH) metrics.
- Perform standard cost analysis and support SAP cost maintenance activities, including monthly cost roll reviews.
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics using SAP, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
- Support annual planning, forecast updates, Mid-Year Business Reviews, and other strategic business processes.
- Identify and implement process improvement and reporting automation opportunities that enhance business insights and efficiency.
- Prepare analyses and executive-level presentations to support senior leadership decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
- No immigration sponsorship available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, CPA, or other advanced business or accounting credential.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with SAP and enterprise financial systems.
- Experience with HFM, BI, BEx, or related reporting platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively partner across functions.
