As a Sales Operations Analyst supporting the US Commercial segment and Partner Development Executive (PDE) organization, you will run the operational rhythm, executive cadence, and strategic analytics for our US Enterprise business. You will partner with sales leadership, finance, field sales, and channel operations to provide clear visibility into revenue pacing, territory design, and partner coverage. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, operational discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Run the Commercial operational rhythm by driving weekly revenue pacing, executive forecasting, and quarterly business review (QBR) data packages to keep leadership aligned on targets and commitments.
- Author weekly commercial performance briefings for sales leadership, translating revenue data into clear insights on pacing, growth drivers, and pipeline risks.
- Analyze customer purchase trends, whitespace, and growth opportunities across Commercial enterprise accounts to help leadership target incremental revenue.
- Partner directly with sales operations leads and executive sales leadership on review decks, analytical briefing materials, and ad-hoc business questions to guide commercial strategy.
- Design and balance sales territories to maximize market coverage, eliminate blind spots, and ensure sales capacity is deployed against the highest-yield accounts.
- Build bottoms-up quota models and evaluate coverage to establish realistic, motivating targets that drive sales performance across the Commercial segment.
- Set product baseline targets for Mac and iPad to guide sales focus, updating forecasting tools to give leadership clear visibility into product pacing and mix.
- Establish and drive the account planning cadence for Channel Segment Account Executives (AEs), focusing on Partner Development Executives (PDEs) to scale partner engagement and accelerate deals.
- Maintain the 2x2 account coverage and performance matrix to give sales leadership immediate visibility into key partner and account alignment.
- Deliver scenario modeling, headcount capacity analysis, and strategic input for sales leadership to scale the commercial organization efficiently.
- Execute period-end attainment reporting, validate actual revenue against assigned sales goals, and submit manual adjustments to finance.
- Resolve operational roadblocks for sales reps on revenue mapping, customer alignment, and reporting discrepancies so AEs can stay focused on selling.
- Train sales leaders, AEs, and PDEs on reporting dashboards and forecasting tools to drive self-service adoption, operational speed, and productivity.
- Manage and audit partner mapping within channel reseller coverage tables to guarantee accurate revenue attribution and data consistency.
- Maintain system role assignments and territory updates, partnering with operational DRIs and providing critical backup during peak quarter cutovers.
- Troubleshoot and patch data anomalies, broken mapping, and join issues within Command Center dashboards to maintain trusted operational reporting.
- Maintain and optimize existing views in the Commercial Tableau recap dashboard suite.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, quota modeling, or sales finance.
Strong analytical skills in Excel to build complex models, evaluate quotas, and analyze large datasets.
Demonstrated experience partnering with enterprise sales leadership, account executives, and partner development teams (PDEs),cross-functional stakeholders and/or channel reseller ecosystems.
Rigorous attention to detail in data governance, coverage mapping, and revenue attribution across enterprise systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to translate complex data into concise leadership briefings and executive decks.
Comfortable utilizing AI and ML tools to accelerate and automate workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, quota modeling, or sales finance.
Hands-on Tableau experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting reporting dashboards, data anomalies, and data joins.
Experience executing period-end attainment reporting, sales compensation validation, and financial adjustments.
Solid understanding of sales planning, territory design, bottoms-up quota modeling, and capacity analysis.
Proven ability to scope, build and deploy automated/AI solutions and guide sales teams through adoption.
