Our Executive Development Rotational Program is a structured two-year experience designed to develop emerging business leaders through hands-on exposure to critical business initiatives. Through six-month rotational assignments, participants work closely with senior leaders to address key business challenges while building broad business knowledge, professional capabilities, and cross-functional experience.

Management Associates gain direct exposure to strategic business priorities, contribute to meaningful projects, and explore potential career paths across the organization through practical, real-world experience. Rotational areas include:

- Market Research
- Business Development
- Acquisitions and Integration
- Sales Channel Strategies

After successfully completing the two-year rotational program, Management Associates will be supported in pursuing full-time opportunities with meaningful responsibility and opportunities to contribute across LexisNexis business units.

Work Style Requirements: This is a hybrid role. Qualified candidates must be able to work from a dedicated LexisNexis office 2-3 days per week. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Graduation Requirements: Candidates should have completed their professional degree studies in 2025 or 2026, or expect to complete them between August 2026 and May 2027.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business leaders to address critical business priorities through project-based assignments.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans.
- Analyze complex issues using data and appropriate business frameworks, quantify financial impact, and manage project timelines.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to build productive, collaborative teams.
- Present recommendations, implementation approaches, and action plans while building alignment among key stakeholders.
- Support business leaders in implementing project findings and recommendations.
- Apply AI tools, business frameworks, and data-driven analysis to evaluate opportunities, quantify impact, and support execution.

Requirements

- Qualified candidates for the Management Associate position must be on track to obtain their professional degree (MBA, JD, PhD, or MD) before the program start date.
- Experience in Finance, Strategy, Digital Marketing, Legal, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working in a Business-to-Business technology or consulting environment.
- Have 5+ years of experience before completing the qualifying degree, including relevant academic, research, internship, entrepreneurial, or industry experience where applicable.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and data analysis skills.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills to share ideas, build alignment, and support positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others to resolve issues.
- Display analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling business stories.
- Demonstrate learning agility, leadership potential, business acumen, adaptability, accountability, and a commitment to continuous growth and development.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $138,400 - $230,700.

This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
