Line cook position details:
We are hiring a Full Time (40 hours/week) line cook. The scheduled hours for this position will be 11am - 7:30pm.
Line cook job duties include:
- Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus.
- Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
- Prepare and serve alternative menu items as needed.
- Assist in food preparation for special meals, parties, etc.
- Assist in serving meals, as necessary, and on a timely basis.

Qualifications
Line cook qualifications:
- Must have a relevant working history of at least 2 years in a professional kitchen setting.
- Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Must have strong communication skills.
- Must be able to work well with in a team environment.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
