Hourly - As needed

Pay Range $50-$75 per hour, Depending on Experience

Non-Exempt hourly position eligible for overtime under California law.

Applicants must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area

Foresight Security Consulting is looking for experienced and driven candidates to fill multiple Residential, Corporate, Family Office, Secure Transport and Close Protection openings within our expanding company. Successful candidates will be those who have exceptional observational skills, pay close attention to detail, and possess the disciplined ability to work alone and to quickly pivot to team collaboration, ensuring client satisfaction. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to responding to emergency events, medical & non-medical issues, incident detection, observation, physical security, and handling client requests in a timely manner.

Job Description:

- Ensure the overall safety and security of clients and properties.

- Provide concierge level residential security service.

- Provide close protection at various venues, events, meetings, and client trips.

- Monitor multiple security systems i.e., Alarms and Camera systems.

- Control access to properties and keep a maintenance log of all visitors and vendors.

- Conduct secure transportation operations

- Conduct various tasks that are typically outside traditional security-related roles.

- Conduct advance work prior to scheduled events.

- Communicate all incidents, movements, and activity through the established chain of command.

- As a part-time/as needed employee you are NOT considered on-call for your possible assignments.

- Assignments are offered as available and may be declined without penalty. Reserve employees are not required or expected to remain solely available for Foresight assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must be eligible for employment within the United States.

- Must be a minimum of 21 years old.

- Must have a high school degree or equivalent.

- Must be able to pass an extensive background check.

- Previous Security, Law Enforcement, or Military Experience.

- At the time of hire: Must possess valid armed/unarmed BSIS security licensure.

- At the time of appointment: possess a valid CCW permit in the state that you are hired.

- Must possess valid driver’s license.

- Must possess the ability to communicate with varying personalities effectively and professionally.

- When an assignment requires it, must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Desired Qualifications:

- Executive Protection training, or experience.

- Extensive report writing skills.

- High level focus on customer service.

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members.

- Experience and skills in the operation of secure driving tactics.

- Possess a valid passport and be able to travel on short notice.

- Defensive tactics and handcuffing experience.

- Leadership qualities.

- Physically fit and active.

- Prior experience with surveillance/counter surveillance tactics.

- BSIS Qualified Manager License

Physical Requirements

- Mobility to work in the field as well as a typical office setting and use standard office equipment, stamina to remain seated and maintain concentration for an extended period.

- Strength: Medium – Individual must be able to lift 50lbs at a time and contain the ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects.
