Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, material movement, and production operations in a manufacturing environment.

The Shipping Coordinator will help ensure materials, components, and finished products are properly identified, organized, staged, documented, and moved throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate the movement and staging of materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.
- Receive, identify, inspect, and organize incoming materials and components.
- Prepare and stage materials for production based on work orders and production schedules.
- Assist with coordinating finished products for shipment.
- Verify materials and components are properly identified and organized.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and production documentation.
- Inspect materials and finished products for damage or discrepancies.
- Communicate material or product issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Help ensure products and materials are safely handled and stored.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to keep materials and finished products moving efficiently.
- Follow established safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, material handling, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records.
- Ability to communicate effectively with production and management teams.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to safely move and handle materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and dependable work habits.
- Ability to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.
