Project Engineer (0-3 Years Experience)

Are you a recent engineering graduate or early-career professional looking for more than a typical Project Engineer role? Join a rapidly growing industrial construction and engineering team where you'll gain direct exposure to clients, hands-on project experience, and a clear path toward Project Management. This position supports large-scale projects across aviation, logistics, distribution, postal, and food & beverage facilities. You'll work on conveyor systems, structural steel installations, automated material handling systems, and complex industrial infrastructure that keeps major facilities operating efficiently. Responsibilities

- Support project planning, coordination, and execution from kickoff through completion
- Work directly with clients, owners, vendors, and internal project teams
- Track project schedules, budgets, action items, and deliverables
- Coordinate between office and field personnel to ensure project success
- Assist with submittals, RFIs, reports, logs, and project documentation
- Support technical problem-solving on industrial and material handling systems
- Travel to project sites as needed to support project teams
- Develop the skills needed to eventually lead projects independently

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Open to recent graduates
- 0-3 years of engineering, construction, project coordination, or related experience Recent graduates & entry level candidates encouraged to apply!

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Bluebeam experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience is a plus

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
