What You'll Do

- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners.
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions.
- Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software.
- Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs.
- Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close sales.
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required.
- Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings.
