This is not an entry-level position . We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do

- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
- Deliver professional presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales platform.
- Design customized bath remodeling solutions tailored to each homeowner's needs.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers.
- Present pricing, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
- Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals.

Required Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales experience required.
- Proven history of high sales performance and closing success.
- Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
