Position Summary

The Project Analysis Administrator is responsible for supporting the project analysis department through reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, ERP administration, audit support, and project setup activities. This role works closely with Project Analysis, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure accurate project data, timely reporting, and effective project controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Business Analytics

- Prepare recurring project and operational reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools that improve visibility into project performance.
- Support management with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.

ERP Administration & Project Setup

- Create and maintain project structures within SAP or other ERP systems.
- Set up estimates, budgets, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project master data.
- Process job closures and maintain project records.
- Create purchase requisitions and support procurement workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate internal and external audit requests.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and auditors.
- Gather and validate supporting documentation.
- Ensure project documentation meets compliance requirements.

Project Support & Coordination

- Support Project Managers with cost reviews, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Participate in project review meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist with invoice readiness reviews and billing support.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and process efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of new business systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain standardized procedures and documentation.
- Support automation initiatives where they provide measurable business value.

Qualifications

Education

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Project Management

Experience

- 1 year experience in project administration

- Experience in project controls, project accounting, financial analysis, or project administration.
- Experience working within ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience supporting project management and financial reporting activities.
