The job:
As our PCB Assembler , your primary role will be to accurately and efficiently perform electronic assembly operations on printed circuit boards and subassemblies. Using bills of materials, travelers, drawings, work instructions, and established procedures, you will help maintain a consistent unit-flow production process with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and workmanship.
In this role, you will place through-hole components accurately on circuit boards and perform basic soldering and other electronic assembly operations. You will learn about the products being assembled and follow all product- and work-area requirements. You will monitor product quality while meeting or exceeding utilization, labor-efficiency, and production standards. You will learn and use the IFS systems to complete job-related tasks and accurately record work time.
The skills, education, and experience you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Basic soldering skills
- The ability to place through-hole components accurately on circuit boards
- Experience reading and following bills of materials, travelers, assembly drawings, work instructions, and established procedures
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality workmanship
- The ability to meet production, quality, utilization, and labor-efficiency standards
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use IFS and Microsoft Teams
One – two years of experience in a similar role are required.

- What are the hours? Monday – Thursday 6:30 am – 4:00 pm and Friday 6:30 am – 10:30 am or Monday – Thursday 5:30 am – 3:00 pm and Friday 5:30 am – 9:30 am.

- What is the starting wage? The starting wage for this role is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour depending on experience.
