Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Financial Controller Supervisor

Purpose:

Join a high-impact finance team where you will help shape business decisions by connecting financial insights with operational execution. This role is a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across FP&A, Commercial, Planning, Deliver, and Finance Leadership by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights.

You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders to identify risks and opportunities, develop scenario analyses, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations that improve profitability, gross margin, working capital, and long-term value creation.

You will be responsible for:

- Lead financial analysis to support strategic decisions related to profitability, inventory, cost management, and free cash flow.
- Influence business decisions through scenario planning, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Deliver, Planning, Commercial, Trade Ops, and I2C teams to drive business performance.
- Develop executive-ready insights and dashboards that connect operational performance with financial outcomes.
- Support business planning cycles (BP, JU, NU) and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data-quality initiatives to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Technical Skills

- Inventory and Cost Accounting
- Standard Costing & Landed Cost Analysis
- Gross Profit & CNIS Analytics
- SLOB, Inventory Reserves & Hedge Analysis
- Working Capital, DOS, DSO & Free Cash Flow
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- SOX Controls, Compliance & Audit Support
- SAP, Power BI, Excel, SigniFi and Finance Analytics Tools
- Demonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in Finance, Controllership, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, Cost Accounting, or Business Finance.
- Strong finance analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills; SAP, Power BI, and financial systems experience preferred.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate financial concepts effectively.
- English proficiency and experience working in cross-functional environments.
