About this role
As part of the Porter team , Porters will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout assigned areas, including the casino floor, restaurants, and bathrooms. Responsibilities include floor care, surface cleaning, and restocking cleaning supplies.
Job Requirements:
- Be able to work assigned sections independently and unsupervised.
- Keep assigned sections clean including emptying garbage.
- Be able to follow direction and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Conduct shift-based special cleaning projects and collaborate with team members to proactively complete them in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
Additional Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. holidays, and special events.
- Ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members including management.
- Arriving on time and maintaining regular attendance is considered an essential function of this position.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
