JOB OVERVIEW:

THE·TEAM’s Premium Access division is one of the world's leading premium hospitality, VIP ticketing and event experiences businesses, delivering access to the world's most prestigious sporting and entertainment events.

With an established presence across the UK, we are now looking to aggressively grow in our US division, creating a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to build one of the most exciting premium hospitality businesses in America.

This is not a traditional sales management role. We are looking for someone to take complete ownership of our US business, driving commercial growth while building a best-in-class operation capable of scaling significantly over the coming years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Reporting directly to the leadership team, the Vice President will have full responsibility for the performance, growth and day-to-day management of THE·TEAM’s Premium Access US division.

The successful candidate will operate as the VP of the US division, with responsibility for sales, operations, inventory management, commercial partnerships, marketing and team development.

This is a genuine leadership position with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the future of the division.

Division Leadership

· Take full ownership of the US division and its overall performance.

· Build a high-performance, accountable culture.

· Recruit, mentor and develop the US team.

· Set KPIs across sales, marketing and core events.

· Establish clear reporting structures and performance management.

· Work closely with UK leadership to align business strategy and help develop the divisions global presence.

Commercial Leadership

· Deliver ambitious revenue and profitability targets.

· Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy for the US division.

· Identify new revenue opportunities, products and markets.

· Build long-term relationships with major corporate clients.

· Lead in region rights holder commercial negotiations.

· Lead US sales activity across corporate and high-net-worth clients.

· Expand existing client accounts whilst winning new business.

Inventory & Product Management

· Take ownership of all US inventory.

· Manage pricing strategy and maximize profitably across inventory.

· Work with suppliers to secure additional and exclusive inventory.

· Work closely with the operations team to create effective inventory systems.

Marketing & Brand Growth

Build THE·TEAM into one of the most recognized premium hospitality brands within North America.

Work with the marketing teams to develop a detailed marketing strategy, including:

· Building Brand awareness

· Driving social media growth

· Speaking at industry events

· Increasing inbound enquiries

· Leveraging wider business network

Business Development

Identify new opportunities including:

· Strategic partnerships and potential acquisitions

· US office expansion into other regions

· Technology partnerships

· Agency relationships

· API and marketplace integrations

· Travel & Hotel partnerships

Experience Required

· 8+ years in commercial leadership.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Success Measures (first 24 months)

The successful VP will be expected to:

Base salary range: $130 -$150,000 plus commission.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics,  location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility,  budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range  listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation  decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
