What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for management of student records, accountability ,and data integrity in compliance and adherence to government and management directives.

Essential Functions :

- Plan, coordinate and supervise the administrative, program auditing and student records systems activities of the department. Track and communicate on board strength (O.B.S.) to managers and directors upon request.

- Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting student records.

- Develop departmental budget; monitor and control expenditures. Review and recommend changes to budget authorizations.

- Regularly assess and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.

- Supervise maintenance and preparation of all central student records, reports, and other written communication.

- Train records clerks on the maintenance and completion of student records, establish work assignments and priorities.

- Coordinate clothing allowance issues, audit of student pay, government transportation and meal allowance administration

- Coordinate with other center staff concerning student records.

Education and Experience Requirements:

- Associate’s degree and two years of related experience required, one of which should be supervisory. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements on a year by year basis.

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
