Your Mission
As a Process Engineering Technician, youll be the steady force behind smoother manufacturing—supporting production with practical manufacturing engineering guidance so teams can build a quality aviation product with confidence. Key responsibilities:
- Coach and support production on process improvements and standard work

Required skills/qualifications:
- Hands-on manufacturing/production support experience (engineering or technician capacity)
- Working knowledge of process improvement and quality fundamentals
