About this role

About the Role:

Endeavor Canada is a small, high-trust, high-performance team. We hire rarely, making this a unique opportunity. There is no corporate structure or slow decision-making. We support ambitious technology entrepreneurs from across Canada building globally competitive companies.

You will work directly with founders, investors, board members, and the global Endeavor network across 50+ markets. Your mission is simple but high-leverage: identify exceptional founders early, support them deeply, bring them together as a community, and ensure no high-potential Canadian entrepreneur is missed.

This is not a traditional account management or events role. It sits much closer to founder selection, strategic relationship building, and ecosystem intelligence. The community you build around our Endeavor Entrepreneurs is a lever for all three.

From Victoria and Vancouver to Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Montreal, you will build relationships with founders years before they become widely recognized.

We value judgment over process-following. We care more about recognizing exceptional people, building trust, and multiplying impact than about executing predefined playbooks perfectly. The quality of judgment in this role directly shapes who enters the Endeavor network.

We support the founders of Canadian companies such as Jobber , KOHO Financial , and Nesto Group .

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibility #1: Endeavor Entrepreneur Selection

- Co-own the Canadian entrepreneur selection pipeline
- Source high-potential founders through relationships with VCs, accelerators, existing Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and ecosystem leaders across Canada
- Lead founder evaluations and due diligence to Endeavor’s global selection standards
- Prepare candidates for International Selection Panels and serve as a strategic advisor throughout the process

Responsibility #2: Support Endeavor Entrepreneurs

- Manage a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their primary Endeavor contact
- Understand each founder’s priorities, growth challenges, and opportunities
- Facilitate high-value connections within Endeavor’s global mentor and investor network
- Maintain active, ongoing engagement with the founders and leadership teams you support

Responsibility #3: Build the Canadian Endeavor Community

- Design and run curated events with and around Endeavor Entrepreneurs that bring together founders, board members, mentors, investors, and ecosystem leaders across Canada
- Run peer programming for Endeavor Entrepreneurs, including CEO Roundtables and founder peer groups
- Use events and programs to deepen relationships between Endeavor Entrepreneurs and the broader Canadian tech community
- Track engagement and outcomes to keep programming high-value for founders

Who You Are:

- 5+ years of professional experience, or an equivalent mix of post-secondary education and professional experience
- Genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and company building
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex industries
- A track record of designing and running high-caliber events or communities for founders, executives, or senior leaders
- High autonomy and self-direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort navigating ambiguity
- Excellent communication across cultures and organizational levels
- Fluency in English (required); French is a strong asset
- Willingness to travel frequently across Canada to visit Endeavor Entrepreneurs and host events, plus occasional international travel to International Selection Panels
- Existing relationships in the Canadian tech, venture capital, or founder ecosystem are an asset

Position Details:

- Start date: As soon as possible
- Location: Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary. Candidates must live in a major Canadian city, be eligible to live and work in Canada, and be willing to travel frequently within Canada and occasionally internationally.
- Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 CAD per year, plus a performance-based bonus of up to 15% and employer RRSP matching of up to 5% of salary.
