You will manage direct relationships with Endeavor's portfolio of scale-up entrepreneurs at the intersection of AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences. You'll play a key role in Endeavor's efforts in this space, acting as a day-to-day point of contact for founders, supporting programming, and amplifying our impact across these critical, fast-moving industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Personalized Founder Support

- Own the day-to-day relationship with the founders of portfolio companies, acting as their main point of contact at Endeavor.
- Help ensure a world-class experience for founders by understanding their needs and connecting them to the right resources.

2. Portfolio Management

- Support Endeavor's AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences entrepreneurs through tailored connections to investors, mentors, and peers.
- Help anticipate challenges and support group activities (roundtables, workshops, thematic initiatives).
- Support the design and execution of programming - workshops, mentoring, and showcase events - tailored to portfolio accounts.

3. Corporate & Ecosystem Partnerships

- Support key partner relationships, helping ensure alignment and impact.
- Help recruit new mentors, investors, and industry leaders to strengthen Endeavor's network across AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences.
- Represent Endeavor in the Greek and international innovation ecosystem.

4. Entrepreneur Selection & Advocacy

- Help build and manage a pipeline of high-growth AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences companies for Endeavor's selection process.
- Conduct research and prepare in-depth company profiles for evaluation and advocacy.

5. Community Building

- Support events that convene entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates working across AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences.
- Contribute to Endeavor's visibility through ecosystem thought leadership and storytelling.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in account management, program management, consulting, venture capital, or community management.
- Deep interest in AI, deep tech, and healthcare/life sciences innovation.
- Strong relationship management and organizational skills; proven ability to support multiple accounts and workstreams.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek.
- Track record of supporting high-stakes projects from conception through execution.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Compelling communicator who is comfortable engaging with senior industry leaders, VCs, and founders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
- Bonus: familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture financing, or corporate innovation.
