About the Role

Bring your hands-on production experience to an exciting Assembler II role where you’ll help turn new product ideas into manufacturing-ready solutions. Working onsite with the NPI (New Product Introduction) team, you’ll build and refine products at a critical stage before they transition to full-scale manufacturing. You’ll have the opportunity to solve real production challenges, adapt to evolving processes, and make a direct impact on product quality and successful launches.

A Day in the Life

This position is part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) team. Employees will have the opportunity to work with new products and processes before they move into manufacturing.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

- Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations.
- Works from visual aids, method layouts, diagrams, schematics, process flow sheets and written or verbal assembly instructions.
- Sets initial layouts, and uses a variety of tools to prepare product(s).
- Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
- May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
- Maintain regular, punctual, and dependable attendance in accordance with company policies.
- Report to work on time and prepared to perform assigned duties at the start of each shift.
- Adhere to established work schedules, break periods, and overtime requirements as needed.
- Provide timely notification to management of absences, tardiness, or schedule issues.
- Demonstrate reliability and accountability in supporting team production goals and operational needs.
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and performance records.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform the essential duties of the position
- Requires High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Requires minimum of 2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
- Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
- Physical Requirement: This position requires standing for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.

- Previous hands-on assembly/manufacturing production experience
- Experience using hand tools and production equipment

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$35,000.00 - $59,000.00

For roles located in California, Seattle WA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and New York City, the salary range is $35,000.00 - $59,000.00 USD.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, market conditions, internal equity, and geographic location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
