This role sits at the center of product, sales, and program execution, ensuring our highest-priority accounts have access to the right technical proofing, investment offers, and acceleration resources needed to advance and close security opportunities. The successful candidate will combine product expertise, deal strategy, and business insight to help sellers accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft Defender Threat Protection  while providing data-driven recommendations that continuously improve program performance and sales outcomes. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p>Microsoft Defender Threat Protection Program Leadership - Own the integration and execution of Frontier Accelerate for Security for Microsoft Defender Threat Protection. Drive offering management, program readiness, checklist execution, and platform integration to ensure sellers can consistently leverage investments, technical proofing offers, and acceleration motions to advance prioritized opportunities and increase security workload adoption. </p><p> </p><p>Deal Coaching &amp; Product GTM Execution - Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Defender Threat Protection, partnering with field sellers, specialists, and business leaders to support prioritized opportunities. Provide deal coaching, identify blockers, connect sellers to the appropriate technical and investment resources, and help accelerate deal progression through the sales cycle. </p><p> </p><p>Program Insights &amp; Business Performance - Lead reporting and insights for Frontier Accelerate for Security, tracking program utilization, deal progression, win/loss trends, workload adoption, and business impact. Deliver actionable recommendations that improve offering effectiveness, seller engagement, and program performance across Microsoft Defender Threat Protection. </p><p> </p><p>Product Landing &amp; Field Enablement - Partner with Security product, engineering, and field teams to operationalize new Microsoft Defender Threat Protection capabilities within Frontier Accelerate for Security. Drive field readiness, landing execution, feedback collection, and continuous program improvement to maximize customer adoption and business outcomes. </p><p> </p><p>Sales Market Research and Analysis – Conducts and synthesizes analyses (e.g., financial modeling, product consumption forecasting, competitor trends), framing strategic sales questions with limited input to deliver structured, actionable output.  </p><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><div><h3>Required/minimum qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience.</li><li>3+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.</li></ul></div><div> </div><div><h3>Preferred qualifications</h3></div><div><ul><li>Experience in go to market, sales strategy, sales strategy execution. </li></ul></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Experience in Program Management functions, project delivery roles, and written communications to stakeholders at operational and executive levels.   </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).</p></li><li><p>Thought leadership, cross-functional influence without authority, and the ability to shape investment and go-to-market decision experience.   </p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or security-related technology solutions, with an understanding of security business drivers, customer challenges, and go-to-market motions. </p></li></ul></div></div><div><h3> </h3></div> <br><br><p>Sales Strategy Enablement IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
