We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP / HANA Developer to join our SAP team and contribute to the delivery of innovative S/4HANA solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP applications, supporting end-to-end implementations, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions for both internal and external stakeholders while exploring emerging technologies, including Generative AI, to drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain SAP solutions using ABAP, HANA, Fiori/UI5, and S/4HANA technologies .
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from technical design and development through testing, deployment, and support.
- Build and enhance custom SAP developments, including Reports, Enhancements, Interfaces, Forms, Conversions, and Workflow components.
- Optimize system performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across SAP landscapes.
- Manage custom code lifecycle activities, including remediation, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
- Participate in S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and transformation projects.
- Research and implement innovative technologies and solutions, including GenAI-enabled capabilities , where applicable.
- Identify technical risks and contribute to project planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

Required Qualifications

- 3-5 years of hands-on SAP development experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP Development , including: Reports (Classical, ALV)
- Enhancements and User Exits
- BAdIs
- SmartForms / Adobe Forms
- Interfaces (IDocs, RFC, APIs, Web Services)
- Object-Oriented ABAP

- Experience with SAP HANA , CDS Views, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and development best practices.
- Ability to independently drive technical workstreams and deliver project assignments with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience participating in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and modern SAP development frameworks.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and APIs.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience with AI, automation, or Generative AI initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Basic project management and stakeholder management skills.
