岗位职责：
- 负责联想车计算车载摄像头（前视 ADAS 、 DMS / OMS 、 AVM 环视、 CMS 等）的 需求分析与管理 ：收集、分析、分解与分配系统需求，主导需求评审与需求追溯，编写需求规范（ SyRS ）与接口控制文档（ ICD ）；
- 负责车载摄像头系统的 架构设计 ：包括硬件架构、 Camera HAL / V4L2 软件架构、 ISP Pipeline 架构、诊断架构、电源 / 时钟 / 复位架构等，组织架构评审并推动落地；
- 负责 摄像头驱动 相关工作：主导驱动架构设计、供应商驱动集成与验证，跟踪 Linux Kernel / V4L2 / Camera HAL 相关问题，推动驱动层 issue 在供应商 / 内核社区闭环；
- 负责摄像头系统的 诊断方案设计 ：包括 UDS 诊断服务（ DTC / DID / DID / RoutineControl ）、错误处理机制、 Watchdog 健康监测、故障码定义与上报逻辑、产线 / 客户诊断流程设计；
- 负责 ISP 供应商管理 ：主导 ISP 芯片方案、 Sensor 、镜头、 SerDes 等关键器件的选型评估、技术交流、对标测试与定点，主导 OTS / PPAP / SOP 阶段交付物评审与质量管控；
- 负责客户端疑难问题定位与解决，组织 8D 分析与根因排查，推动问题在联想研发与供应商端闭环；
- 与硬件、底软、感知算法、产品、项目管理等团队紧密协同，推动项目按时按质交付；
- 负责编写架构设计文档、需求规范、验收规范等知识沉淀，参与产品线车规流程（功能安全、 IATF 16949 、 ISO 21434 ）的体系建设。
岗位要求：
- 精通车载全品类摄像头产品方案，熟悉 ADAS 前视、 DMS/OMS 、 AVM 环视、 CMS 后视等摄像头系统的工作原理、应用场景及技术差异，具备完整项目落地经验。
- 熟练掌握车载系统需求开发与管理流程，能够独立完成需求拆解、评审、追溯，熟练编写 SyRS 、 ICD 、验收规范等专业技术文档。
- 精通 Linux 平台 Camera 架构，熟悉 V4L2 、 Camera HAL 、 ISP Pipeline 核心原理，具备摄像头驱动架构设计、集成调试与问题攻关能力，熟悉 Linux Kernel 底层调试者优先。
- 熟悉车载 UDS 诊断协议、 AutoSar 标准，精通 DTC 、 DID 、 Routine 控制、故障处理、健康监测等车载诊断体系，具备独立设计摄像头系统诊断方案的能力。
- 熟悉车载 ISP 、 Sensor 、镜头、 SerDes 等核心器件的技术参数、选型逻辑与量产标准，具备供应商技术对接、对标测试、量产管控经验。
- 了解车规核心体系，熟悉功能安全（ ISO 26262 ）、 IATF 16949 、 ISO 21434 标准流程，有相关体系落地经验优先。
- 具备较强的问题定位与根因分析能力，熟练使用 8D 、鱼骨图等质量分析方法，能够独立解决量产及客户端复杂技术问题。
