About the Opportunity | Mō tēnei tūranga
We're seeking an experienced Demand, Supply & Contracting Manager to lead the end-to-end demand planning, supply coordination and contract execution activities for a major global customer account.

Operating at the intersection of Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Customer teams, you'll play a critical role in balancing customer demand with supply capability, ensuring contractual commitments are met and delivering strong commercial and operational outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading demand planning, forecasting and demand capture activities
- Coordinating end-to-end supply fulfilment and managing supply risks
- Managing operational execution of customer contracts and contracting processes
- Acting as the primary operational contact for key customer stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating supply, demand and contractual risks
- Facilitating integrated business planning and cross-functional alignment
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives across planning and supply processes

About You | Mōu

You're a commercially minded supply chain or optimisation professional who thrives in complex environments. You have strong planning capability, enjoy building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and can confidently navigate competing priorities while driving results. You combine analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

You'll bring:

- 5+ years' experience in demand planning, supply planning, commercial operations or contract management
- Experience working within complex supply chains and customer-facing environments
- Strong forecasting, inventory management and supply planning expertise
- Commercial understanding of contracts, pricing and customer agreements
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capability
- Experience using SAP, planning systems and CustomerCentral
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset
