Are you an experienced sales leader looking for your next challenge?
We're seeking a commercially minded Regional Sales Manager to lead our Northern WA sales team from our Perth office. In this role, you'll coach, mentor and develop a team of Coordinators and Sales Representatives across multiple regional locations, driving sales performance, customer engagement and business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine strong people leadership with commercial success, while working closely with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning, operational effectiveness and the ongoing success of the region.
While the role is Perth-based, occasional travel to regional locations is required to support your teams, strengthen relationships and stay connected to local markets.
About the role:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Coordinators and Sales Representatives across Northern WA.
- Drive sales performance through effective leadership, mentoring and accountability.
- Empower and support team members to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and business priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple business functions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor performance trends and implement strategies to maximise team success.
- Travel periodically throughout the region to support teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships and maintain a strong understanding of local markets.

- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional communication, planning and organisational skills.
- The ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams will be highly regarded.
- A willingness to travel occasionally throughout Northern WA.
