Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Female Swimming Coach for a well-established sports and fitness organization in Kuwait.
We are looking for a passionate and professional swimming instructor who enjoys working with children and adults, helping swimmers develop their skills, confidence, and safety in the water.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Swimming Coach or Swimming Instructor.
- Swimming instructor certification or relevant professional qualification.
- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques, water safety, and training methods.
- Experience teaching beginners and advanced swimmers, including children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Patient, energetic, professional, and passionate about coaching.
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group swimming lessons.
- Develop training programs based on swimmers' ages and abilities.
- Teach proper swimming techniques and water safety.
- Monitor swimmers' progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
