About this role
Key Responsibilities of the QA Specialists:
- Conduct product analysis and inspection, including physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of Magnolia and coffee products.
- Review and verify receiving documents and Certificates of Analysis (COA) for coffee products.
- Prepare complete, accurate, and timely inspection, analysis, and verification reports.
- Investigate non‑conforming raw materials, manufactured products, and traded products.
- Coordinate disposition and replacement of coffee products related to customer complaints.
- Implement and monitor retention and excess sample inventory management.
- Review Corrective Action Reports (CARs) to ensure effective closure.
- Inspect and verify product conditions in Sta. Rosa, RTE, and Marikina warehouses.
- Monitor and control on‑hold and released product status.
- Conduct audits and verification checks for GHP, GWP, company procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain 5S practices, document control, and QA record archiving.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and warehouse teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
