REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care administration, area of clinical expertise, or another related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in area of responsibility or hospital system preferred.
- Knowledgeable of current national healthcare policies and trends in political environment.
- Knowledge of leadership, management, and performance improvement concepts.
- Skill in effective verbal and written communication to a variety of audiences through a range of modalities.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written).
