Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and execute engaging organic content for TikTok and Instagram to drive reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Translate brand and business objectives into creative, platform-native content ideas and executions.
- Identify and adapt relevant trends, formats, and audience behaviors to strengthen content performance.
- Experiment with hooks, storytelling, and content formats to improve engagement and audience retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and apply insights to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, particularly for TikTok and Instagram, preferably in Education industry.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of producing organic content that drives reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Understand social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content distribution strategies.
- Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut and basic graphic design software.
- Develop strong storytelling through engaging hooks, visuals, and narratives tailored to social media audiences.
- Comfortable with high-mobility , on-site content production, including traveling to different outlets and creating content in poolside or water-based environments .
