Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop outlet layouts based on approved requirements, space planning, and operational needs.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, wall details, furniture layouts, and other required details.
- Adapt existing approved design standards to different site conditions, outlet sizes, and building constraints.
- Prepare and maintain material specifications, finishes, furniture details, and design standards in accordance with the approved outlet requirements.
- Conduct site measurements and verify existing site conditions before preparing or revising drawings.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Coordinators, MEP, contractors, vendors, and other relevant parties to resolve design and technical issues.
- Maintain updated drawings, design references, material specifications, and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in retail, commercial, hospitality, clinic, or similar fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and able to produce detailed working drawings.
- Proficient in SketchUp or equivalent 3D software.
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator and/or other relevant design software.
- Good understanding of interior materials, construction methods, furniture, ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, and detailing.
- Able to read and coordinate architectural and MEP drawings.
- Able to conduct site measurements and site verification.
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
