Maintenance Planner

#### Job Highlights

1. Confirm and assign notifications to ensure that maintenance work orders are processed promptly and meet production demands.
2. Maintenance statistics, including costs and unplanned shutdown and so on. Enhance maintenance quality and efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.

Responsibilities

- Be responsible for handling notifications and work orders, including assigning, data inputing, and closure an so on.
- Be responsible for maintenance statistics and reporting, including costs, notifications completion ratio, unplanned shutdown times and so on.
- Be responsible for daily management of equipments in non-production area except IT equipments.
- Assist to set up maintenance system, including preventive maintenance system, maintenance procedure and so on.
- Be responsible for the maintenance workshop and spare parts warehouses housekeeping checking.
- Be responsible for overhaul management, including preparation, compiling schedule, holding progress meeting and so on.

- Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

- Required Education & Experience College degree (inclusive) or above, discipline in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, chemical machinery, chemical engineering or related discipline.
- Required Years of Professional Experience fresh graduate.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT, Project and CAD software.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, passed CET-4.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
