Job requirements
Experience Range: With at least 5 to 8 years of experience in CPQ product ownership, business analysis, or enterprise application delivery, including substantial hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ solutions Key Responsibilities:
- Lead root cause analysis for critical and recurring Salesforce CPQ incidents, ensuring resolution and implementing preventive measures to reduce future occurrences
- Prioritize and manage the CPQ product backlog, driving enhancements and process improvements based on business value, customer impact, and technical dependencies
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impact, and translate needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Investigate CPQ issues across product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, and downstream processes to identify and address underlying business and technical challenges
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate root causes, review proposed solutions, and implement corrective actions for recurring production incidents
- Coordinate with development, QA, architecture, integration, and support teams to ensure timely resolution and successful deployment of CPQ enhancements
- Define, monitor, and report KPIs related to CPQ incidents, recurring defects, resolution times, and product stability to stakeholders
- Maintain up-to-date product documentation, process flows, RCA reports, and business requirements to support continuous improvement and compliance Required Skills:

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ platform administration
- Experience with Oracle CPQ or SAP CPQ platforms
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with data analysis and SQL
- Understanding of technical architecture and system integrations Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification Additional Information: CPQ RCA Product Owner role focused on root cause analysis, incident management, and continuous improvement within Salesforce CPQ environments.
