JOB OBJECTIVE: To provide analytical and data support to Forecasting & Demand Planning Management, Regional Sales Team, and Vertical Team in a monthly cycle by providing current orders, backlogs, forecast and sales of Exports Air Conditioning, Export Refrigeration, Export Transport, Export Motors, and Cold Chain to b e used for strategic planning and marketing purpose . To provide data support on Variable Speed & Modulation, Forecast Accuracy, Beijer Group Sales, Supplemental Sales, and CP Bonus Industrial Ref.
MAIN DUTIES
FUNCTION: Analytics
DUTIES: Data Preparation, Data Analysis, Reporting / Presentation
SUB-FUNCTION: Data Gathering
- Consolidates and standardize data from different data sources
- Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, OTHER database TOOLS)
- Apply basic calculation to summarize the gathered data into information for further analysis
SUB-FUNCTION: Data Manipulation
- Cleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructions.
- Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (multiple data formatting requirements)
- Creates histograms, charts, summaries as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better provide decision support to the Marketing and Sales Community
- Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (statistics)
- Analyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics, comparative analysis)
SUB-FUNCTION: Data Analysis
- Creates charts, trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data
SUB-FUNCTION: Data Reporting
- Attend and participate in the regional forecast review with sales managers to discuss results of analysis (trends per customer and per product family, identify top drivers etc)
- Present sales forecast and gaps to the stakeholders (Marketing, Operation and Sales) gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable
- Conducts Pre SOP demand review meetings with sales team to discuss sales trend for production planning

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Graduate of any 4 year business course
- Graduate of any engineering discipline course will also be considered
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or Computer Science is a plus
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
- At least two (2) years’ experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business, plant operations
- Eighteen (18) months to two (2) years related work experience in handling Copeland Products
- At least two (2) years’ experience in product analysis &/or planning systems in an industrial setting
- Background in offshore service operations is an advantage
- Business systems applications skills such Sigma, Oracle and Demantra
- Computer applications skills such as MS Office- Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL

- Willing to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off, to support the assigned business and customers.
