About the Opportunity

At RACV, we're building the next chapter of member value by expanding beyond mobility into the home. Through Home Trade Hub Australia (HTHA), we're bringing together high-growth services across Emergency Home Assist, electrification, EV charging, EV batteries, solar, inspections and general trades, helping members manage, improve and future-proof their homes with the trust and confidence they expect from RACV.

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead marketing for a fast-moving and commercially critical portfolio where demand, trade capacity and local market conditions can change quickly. This is not a one-size-fits-all marketing playbook. You'll need to manage a pipeline of job leads in line with service locations and delivery capability, pivot quickly as opportunities emerge, and compete in categories where smaller, more agile competitors move fast. You'll also play a key role in unlocking greater cross-sell value from RACV's 2.3M existing members, working closely with the Growth and 1:1 Marketing teams to identify, target and convert the right member audiences. Working closely with Product, Operations, Sales, Digital and Brand teams, you'll combine sharp commercial judgement with hands-on execution to drive demand, conversion and sustainable growth across Home Trade Hub Australia.
