About this role

About us

Hiver is a modern, AI-driven customer service platform used by companies across healthcare, finance, logistics, education, and technology. We help teams deliver fast, human support across email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, and more, without the complexity of legacy helpdesks.

Our platform brings shared inboxes, assignment, SLAs, automations, and analytics to support teams in the tools they already use, without the overhead of another helpdesk.

We're a challenger brand in a category dominated by over-engineered tools. We build software that is simple, powerful, and genuinely helpful, and we operate internally with the same philosophy. If you want meaningful ownership, thoughtful teammates, and work that ships, Hiver is a great place to do it.
About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn product capabilities into clear stories, successful launches, and sustained adoption.
You’ll own how we take new features to market, help sales communicate our value, turn customer outcomes into compelling stories, and help customers get more from Hiver. This is a hands-on role with ownership from strategy through execution, working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll own?
- Product and feature launches: Lead launches from planning through execution. Define the audience, positioning, messaging, launch assets, and distribution plan. Align teams on readiness and measure results beyond launch day.
- Positioning and messaging: Translate complex capabilities into clear customer value. Build messaging around customer problems, use cases, and buying decisions, with a strong understanding of what makes Hiver different.
- Sales enablement: Create pitch decks, battlecards, demo narratives, objection guides, and other materials that help sales win. Train the team on new capabilities and refine assets using feedback from real deals.
- Customer stories and proof: Work with customers and Customer Success to uncover meaningful results. Turn them into presentations, and proof points that support campaigns and sales conversations.
- Product adoption: Partner with Product and Customer Success to drive awareness, activation, and repeat usage of key capabilities. Develop onboarding content, targeted campaigns, webinars, and in-product messaging based on where customers need help.
- Customer and competitive insights: Speak with customers, review sales conversations, study competitors, and understand why we win or lose. Use those insights to improve messaging, launches, and enablement.
- Product storytelling across channels: Develop product pages, launch announcements, demo scripts, videos, and campaign narratives. Keep the story clear and consistent wherever prospects and customers encounter Hiver.

Key Requirements

What are we looking for?
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of independently taking products or features to market, from customer research and positioning to launch and follow-through.
- Excellent writing and editing skills. You can explain a complex product clearly, make a persuasive argument, and avoid jargon.
- Experience creating sales enablement that teams actively use and customer stories grounded in specific outcomes.
- An understanding of the customer lifecycle, including how marketing can influence product adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define success, interpret performance, and use the findings to improve your work.
- The ability to bring teams together, manage competing priorities, and deliver without needing every step laid out.
- Curiosity about AI and how it changes the way businesses serve customers. Experience in customer service software or related categories is a plus.
What success looks like?

Customers understand why new capabilities matter and put them to use. Sales has a clear, credible story and the proof to support it. Launches generate qualified interest and adoption. Customer insights consistently shape how we position, communicate, and take Hiver to market.
