Responsibilities

- Independent Project Execution: Lead end-to-end valuation projects for diverse property types; independently build and review financial models (e.g., DCF, market method) rather than just executing under guidance.
- Quality Control (QC): Review and validate reports and working papers prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy, logical consistency, and compliance with valuation standards.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior team members on technical modeling techniques and report writing standards to enhance overall delivery quality.
- Compliance & Data Management: Ensure project materials adhere to data security and compliance requirements; optimize workflow processes.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation or related fields; prior experience with top-tier firms is preferred.
- Professional Certification: Highly preferred or required to hold professional qualifications such as MRICS, CPV (China Certified Public Valuer), CFA, or ACCA.
- Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling; ability to independently interpret complex financial statements. Proficiency in Python/SQL/Power BI is a strong plus.
- Communication: Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English; capable of drafting high-level reports and professional documentation.
- Other: Willing to travel as required.
