About this role
We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to join our team as a Strategy Lead . This role will be responsible for driving strategic planning, business performance management, executive-level insights, and cross-functional strategic initiatives across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to support decision-making, align stakeholders, and execute key business priorities.

- Lead strategic planning and business performance monitoring.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through business analytics.
- Manage and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive presentations and management reports.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, business performance, or transformation roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical recommendations.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including preparing executive-ready materials.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive execution
- Posses skill for AI or Data Analytic
