THE POSITION
- Be a key driver of data-driven decision making by transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that create business impact across Thailand.
- L ead analytics, forecasting, and business planning capabilities that enable commercial excellence, strategic decision-making, and sustainable business growth .
- Based in Bangkok, Thailand, partner with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and accelerate business performance through advanced analytics .
Tasks & R esponsibilities
- L ead analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Develop forecasting models, business projections, and scenario analyses to support business planning, resource allocation, and future pipeline decisions .
- Develop and maintain business performance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
- Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics and reporting processes.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling business narratives for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy , Life Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields .
- Minimum of 3 years of p roven experience in Business Analytics, Forecasting, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles within the Life Science industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including forecasting, business planning, product lifecycle management, launch readiness, and pipeline planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence stakeholders, and communicate analytical insights effectively in a matrix environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis or visualization tools; experience with business intelligence platforms and project management tools is an advantage.
- Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required.
