About this role

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law;
- While we prefer candidates who have previous experience, we will also consider fresh law degree graduates;
- Experience on the fields of Banking; Finance, Real Estate, M&A, Digital is advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
- Good PC skills.

- Analysing legal - client issues focused on various law areas (commercial law, labour law, civil law, corporate law and M&A, real estate law, digital law);
- Preparation of legal statements;
- Technical research and analyses;
- Commenting on and assessing legal documents;
- Corporate and contractual agenda;
- Due diligence;
- Preparation of submissions to court, dispute agenda;
- Contact with state authorities and courts;
- Ability to undertake responsibility for entrusted tasks.

Salary: EUR 1550 gross/month (higher salary may be agreed depending on qualifications and experience).
